The 48-hour hold before Quatro sends your money
Quatro publishes its own banking page, and it spells out exactly what happens once you ask for a withdrawal. Your money does not move straight away. It sits in a pending state for 48 hours first. Once that 48-hour window closes, Quatro sends the payment off for processing on the next business day. This two-step wait applies to every withdrawal at Quatro, no matter which payment method you picked or how much you are taking out. Most of the sister casinos in this group do not spell out a wait like this on their own sites, which makes Quatro’s banking page one of the more useful ones to read before you play. A lot of sister sites in this group leave players to find out their payout speed by trying it, so having the numbers in writing up front is a genuine point in Quatro’s favour.
How long each payout method takes once it is sent
Once the 48-hour hold ends and Quatro sends your withdrawal, how long it takes to actually land depends on the method you picked. Quatro’s banking page gives a separate figure for each one. A Visa or Mastercard withdrawal takes around 3 working days. An e-wallet withdrawal is quicker, at 1 to 3 working days. A direct bank transfer is by far the slowest, at 6 to 10 working days. Add the hold to the transfer time and the real picture becomes clearer: an e-wallet payout can land in under a week once you count the 48-hour hold, while a bank transfer can easily take ten days or more from the moment you first click withdraw.
The extra delay the first time you use a new payout method
Quatro also warns that switching to a withdrawal method you have not used before can add extra time on top of the normal wait. A first payout through a new method can carry an added delay of 5 to 7 working days. This is separate from identity checks. Before your very first withdrawal at Quatro goes through at all, you need to pass an ID check, usually a clear photo of a driver’s licence or passport. Converting your winnings into a different currency adds a further 2.5% fee on top. If you win a lot more than you paid in, Quatro’s terms also cap what you can take out at $4,000 a week until the full amount has reached you. Quatro is licensed by the Kahnawake Gaming Commission and carries an eCOGRA certification, and the group’s published terms name Apollo Entertainment Ltd, based in Malta, as the operator.
Picking a payout method that suits you
There is a clear trade-off between speed and cost at Quatro. An e-wallet is the fastest way to get paid, landing in 1 to 3 working days once it is sent, but you need an e-wallet account set up first, and not every player has one. A card withdrawal splits the difference: around 3 working days, using a card most players already have. A bank transfer is the slowest option by far, at 6 to 10 working days, and it is also the only method that carries its own fee, at $50 or $100 depending on the amount. Thirteen old brands closed in 2026 and became Luxury Casino
On 12 May 2026, Casino Rewards closed thirteen older casinos, including Aztec Riches, Rich Reels and Vegas Country. New Zealand is still excluded from the whole group
Casino Rewards does not accept players with a New Zealand address at any of its sixteen casinos, Quatro included, and there is no exception carved out for any of them. New Zealand’s own Online Casino Gambling Act, in force since 1 May 2026, also means only a casino holding a New Zealand online licence can legally take real-money bets from Kiwi players, and Casino Rewards holds no such licence for any of its brands.

Worth knowing: the casinos above are run by other companies, not by Casino Rewards. They take New Zealand dollars, they accept Kiwi players, and opening an account at any of them takes only a few minutes.
Don’t try to get around the block
If you already had an account at Quatro or one of its sisters from before, that account still works as normal. What has changed is that no new player based in New Zealand can join any of them going forward.
